Shipping policy

Once we receive your order, you can expect for it to be processed within 2-3 business days ( This excludes public holidays ). How long your order takes to reach you is dependent on your location. Couture By Kindil offers both standard and express shipping options for Domestic and International customers. 

Once your order has processed you will receive an email with tracking information.

Couture By Kindil does not take responsibility for any lost/damaged parcels once the package has been lodged with Australia Post nor does Couture By Kindil pay for any taxes that are encountered from entering international countries.
