At Hallie June, each piece is thoughtfully designed to be worn, loved, and kept. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund. Size exchanges for the same style may be approved subject to availability.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges at this time.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please complete the form below and include:
• Your order number
• Whether you are requesting a return or exchange

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve the matter with care and efficiency.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your financial institution to finalise the transaction.
